How long does it take for me to receive my order?
I make and get all orders ready to post within 3-5 working days (unless agreed to different timescale with customer)
. My lead time is long due to it just being myself running this small business so I don't want to let anyone down so I am realistic with timescales, but if you need an order sooner just let me know and I can try and work with you to make it possible.

Who makes your products?
All of my products are handmade by myself Katie therefore all my products are of the highest quality and produced with a lot of care and attention. I do my very best to offer the best customer service please take a look at my review as I am very proud of the lovely testimonials I have received. Please let me know if your not happy with anything and I will do my best to resolve this.

Are your feathers ethically sourced and where do you get them from?

Yes, this is one of the most important things to me, and one of the main reasons i stated my shop as i hate waste. I believe in supporting sustainable practices and ensuring that my items are produced in a responsible manner. The feathers that I use are sourced directly from;  farmers, shoots and butchers to ensure nothing goes to waste and these beautiful feather don't get thrown away. I aim to get supplies as local as possible but if im not able to I make sure i buy from reputable suppliers.

How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?


I aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of production, once dispatched deliveries will usually arrive within 2-3 working days in the UK and 7-15 working days to the US. We offer postage via Royal Mail and Evri, all tracking infomation will be sent to you on dispatch email.

What is your returns policy?


We only accept returns if your order is damaged, faulty or you have been sent the incorrect item. We will either refund or send out a replacement for you. 

We do not accept returns on custom made products.

Can you make custom orders? I would like you to use my own feathers? 
Yes we make lots of custom orders, so just get in touch and let us know what you are looking for and we can work together to create something special. We have also in the past made orders using customers own feathers too which makes the order very personal so let us know if that's something you're interested in and we can arrange this for you.

I'm looking to order 10 bow ties for my wedding is that possible?

Yes we make lots of large orders for weddings and special events so if this is something your looking for just let us know, as we are sometimes able to offer discounts to reduce the cost dependant on how may you are ordering.

How do I take care of my Feather bow ties?

A few tips on how to best care for your feather bow ties. Feathers must be handled with care as they are naturally very fragile. To avoid any ruffled feathers please follow the below advice.
*Always handle at the center of the bow tie (midpoint) using thumb and index fingers.
*Always keep in storage box when not wearing!
*Tighten Up! Your tie is adjustable, make sure it's good and tight for optimal look.
*Try not to ruffle any feathers! If this occurs, spritz the feathers with an alcohol based hairspray 8" from the bow tie and lay feathers down with one finger outward.
*Feathers are naturally designed to withstand wet and windy conditions. Whilst I do not recommend getting your bow tie wet, if your feathers are ruffled, use your thumb and forefinger to gently guide your feathers back into place.
